System Overview
The enhancement system is divided into two phases:
Legacy (+10 → +15)
and
Star System (+15 → +25)

Legacy System (+10 → +15)
Base Success Rate:

At +10, failure results in no level change. At +11 and +12, failure results in a -1 level downgrade.
Star System (+15 → +25)
Each level requires completing "Stars" before a "Final Stage" level-up attempt. Base Star Success Rate:

Pity / Failsafe:
After 6 failures on the *same star*, the next attempt on that star is a guaranteed success.
Failure Penalty:
Failing any star resets your progress to the 1st star of that level, but the pity count is saved.
Final Stage:
An attempt with escalating success rates. Failing this also resets you to the 1st star.
Catalyst Effects & Smart Strategy
Potent Catalyst:
Always adds
+7%
success chance.
Stable Catalyst:
Always adds
+4%
success chance. At +11/+12, it also
prevents level downgrade

3-Star Amp Catalyst:
Guarantees success on the
final star
for levels +15, +16, and +17.
4-Star Amp Catalyst:
Guarantees success on the
final star
for levels +18, and +19.
Smart Strategy Logic:
Uses Stable at +11/+12, Amp catalysts on the final stars of +15-19, and Potent everywhere else for maximum efficiency.
